How do I register?
Ordering on the Shop Beautiful website is fast and easy. Complete the registration form to make an account, and you will be able to make purchases.
Payment can be made with all major credit cards. Please note that all orders must be paid for in full at checkout until your credit account is set-up.
If you are an existing Shop Beautiful customer but not ordered on the website before then you can use your existing Account to log in. If you need further assistance with this, then please call us on 0808 1963 908.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, select My Account from the top navigation. Enter your Current Password and New Password. Click Change Password.
I have forgotten my password. What do I need to do now?
If you’ve forgotten your password, click the Forgotten Password link on the Sign In screen, enter your username and click Submit. We’ll send you an email with a link to take you to the reset password page. Enter your New Password and Confirm Password. Click Reset Password.
How do I change my contact details?
To change your contact details, select My Account and then Account Details from the top navigation. You can change your Full Name, Email Address or Telephone Number. Click Save Details. These changes can take up to 24 hours to take effect.
How do I see what is in my basket?
At any point you can click View Basket to review your Basket. You can change quantities, remove items or clear the basket completely. Note it is your active basket that is shown.
Can I edit my order at the checkout?
Stage 1 of checkout allows you to make any final amendments to your shopping. You will be able to choose whether to purchase one, some or all of the items in your basket.
What are your delivery charges?
There is FREE Delivery on orders over £40.00. A carriage charge will be applied to all orders with a total invoice value lower than £40.00.
Is your order lost?
If you believe your order has been lost, please contact us at email@example.com or alternatively call us on 0808 1963 908.
If you need to return an incorrectly supplied, damaged, for repair, recall or faulty item please call us on 0808 1963 908 to notify us.
Please securely label and suitably package the goods in the original packaging, inclusive of all accessories, operating instructions and guarantee card. Unfortunately, goods cannot be accepted for credit if the seal has been broken or any outer packaging has been removed or damaged.
Returned goods must be received within 28 days of the date of invoice included with the goods. We advise you to obtain proof of posting for items being returned by post.
